Tim made dinner for the whole house! Keri made warmed arugula salad and Tim baked his famous chicken quarters on top of a bed of quinoa an dressed in some cream and capers. This man is magical.

I’m just a girl who lives in this glutenous world trying to get along and you, well, you’re the handsome stranger introduced to me by my friend Lauren on an otherwise normal Friday afternoon. What makes me even more excited is that you arrive on-time (to the minute) without any sogginess. I don’t even have to order a 22-inch to get that crispy GF dough to me. You’ve somehow made cheap, and small sound super sexy.

Ahhh. Good ol’ Mixt Greens I’ve missed you so. I decided to go a little rogue and order based on how delicious each ingredient looked. Mixed greens, truffles potatoes, grill peppers, portabello, quinoa, egg and the chipotle drizzle. And of course some vinegar and oil for maximum digestibility. Only paid $10 bucks too!

Delicious delicious pork belly and quail egg from The Belvedere at the Padre Hotel. This magical place along with the beautiful ravenous kern river appeared out of nowhere on our trip back from Joshua Tree. Super secret tip- delux rooms here are $100 even on holiday weekends! Too bad Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace wasn’t opened :(
